How can I make posts of a certain category subpages to a page?

I am trying to have a drop-down of posts on a page. So, I have a page called Photos and I also have a category called Photography. I want to have the posts that I post in that category as drop-down pages of this page. Can I do that? The Menu thing is confusing to me. Thank you!
