When you insert the image, set its alignment to either right or left. To add space around the picture, go to “advanced” and type numbers into the boxes where it says “horizontal” and “vertical.” Larger numbers add larger margins.
Guide to how images and text work together:
- align none: picture will be on the left with no text beside it
- align center: picture will be in the center of the posts area with no text on either side
- align left: picture will be on the left with text flowing above, next to, and below
- align right: picture will be on the right with text flowing above, next to, and below

Sorry, I’m not sure what you mean?
If not align left or right as in my comment above, then
Maybe text above, text on both sides of a centered image, and text below?
Text as a graphic frame for image? -
I’m sorry but I have viewed your image and the kind to text wrapping what you want isn’t available using our wordpress.com editor.

That can be done in an illustration program—wrapping text around a shape. But web pages are not the same as laying out a page for print.
You might be able to use a table (1 cell?) or a div (but you’d need in-line position function), with the text as a background image. But image files are square or rectangular so you wouldn’t get the circle. At least I haven’t managed to post an image with a transparent background here.
It’s just more direct to make the image as you want, text and picture, and upload it as an image.
