How can I make the Categories widget appear on every page?
-
At the moment the Categories don’t appear on my homepage. It appears if I click About but disappears again if I select Music… It’s very frustrating…

I had to reduce the posts per page to 1 as any more than that forced the widget to the foot of the page…
Is there any other way to fix it?

The problem was some excess div tags on http://rickswriting.wordpress.com/2011/06/25/melbourne-royal-exhibition-building/ making the post larger than necessary width-wise, thus dropping the sidebar.
That’s all fixed up now, and you can safely increase your post number again.

Um… So, the same thing is wrong with the Midnight Oil post at:
http://rickswriting.wordpress.com/category/music/ ? -
This was actually an issue with the post “Vince Giarrusso – Eaglehawk”. I removed the DIV tags from that post.
Note that if you use the HTML editor, you can switch back and forth between the Visual Editor and the HTML editor to clear any empty or invalid tags. This will often correct the issue.
