How can I make the entire text of comments display?

  Only the name of the person and the topic are displaying… not the text of the comment.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Pamela,

  Are you talking about in your Recent Comments widget? If so, that is how it is how the widget is designed. We don’t currently have any widget that will display entire comments.

  Was that the issue or do you have another place wherein the entire comment is not displaying?

  I think I’ve seen word press blogs that have the whole comments shown right under the blog post, unless the comment is somewhat long. Do I need a different theme?

  Your comments should indeed show under your blog post, though they won’t generally show on your front page. Only on the individual post page (once you have clicked on the post title and are viewing the individual post, such as http://goldenbetterblock.wordpress.com/2014/08/28/ideas-from-meeting-on-sept-26/
