How can I make the featured image on a page a gallery?

  I want to have the featured image on my “gallery” page as a slideshow. I can’t figure out how to do it. There must be a way. I want all of my other pages to have featured images, and I’ve already set them up.

  The featured image can only be a static image. You can read more about that at: http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-image . Slideshow’s can only be added to the content of posts or pages: http://en.support.wordpress.com/slideshow
