how can I make the header image not stretched out?

  Previous header image was fine, now whatever I upload (1024, 945, etc) appears stretched out.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It isn’t looking stretched to me. Here’s what I’m seeing:

  

  Are you seeing something different? Or am I just thinking it looks okay, and it really doesn’t?
