Hi i’m using wordpress online. The theme i choosed is pretty good but i’m facing issues with the responsive design of this on.

On mobile All the pictures are cutted and sometimes the text is also cut in the middle of a word.

I cannot find the option to make that theme fit the entire mobile display.

    Thanks for your help.

  • Hi there!

All out themes are responsive and that is precisely why some of the featured images/headers can be cut to fit smaller screens. As for the text – that shouldn’t happen. Can you share a link to a page/post where you see the text being cut off?

I understand but how can i have something like this ? https://imgur.com/4MztI52

Do i have to create another website with smaller pictures to fit the entire mobile screen?

    Thank you

  • Ah, I see what’s going on here, these images are added as Cover Blocks so it’s not really a matter of the theme but of the block itself.
You can customize the size of the font on that block, try to reduce the heading a bit (you can also try changing it to H3, instead of H2), this should help.

As for the image, this is intended – on mobile any full-width cover images you’ve added via cover blocks are cropped automatically. They don’t get resized so the whole image still fits.

When editing the page, you can adjust the focal point for the image. That will determine which point of the image is kept in the center of the screen when the image gets cropped on mobile.
