That’s the way the theme is designed. It’s a customized version of Grid – available for self-hosted blogs only. In a wp.com blog you can only use one of the themes you can find in your dashboard under Appearance>Themes.

If i have a domain host and choose this theme it will be identically? Or i must modify something? Thanks

If you hire a web host, purchase a domain and domain mapping, set up a free software install and move the contents of your WordPress.com blog into it then you can do as you wish on your self hosted install. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/ and here http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org If you purchase a domain and domain mapping and the blog remains self-hosted by WordPress.com you cannot.

This is just an added note to say that if you do not have any blog content then you do not need to purchase domain mapping from WordPress.com.
