How can I merge two blogs into one?

  Hey all,
  I want to merge two blogs into one, in other words just take all the blog entries from one blog and pile it all into one blog. I own http://www.theunrestrained.com and http://www.theblogoftech.com and I want to take the blog posts from theunrestrained and put them into theblogoftech

  Is this possible?. Thanks in advance for any tips!.
