How can I migrate posts from one blog to another?

If I want to migrate all of my posts from my original blog to my new blog (registered under the same username, just as a secondary blog), is there a way to do that? I’m hoping to migrate all of the content over to my new blog then cancel my original blog. I’m not sure how to do this. Any help you can offer would be much appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Just use the Export function under Tools to export a copy of the blog, then on the new blog, Import. I recommend you just make the old one Private and don’t delete it; if nothing else, it serves as a backup for free, and you may want to use that domain name later for something else.
