How can I modify a blog category name?

I understand how to add categories to a blog post but don’t know how to modify a category name. I register a wrong category name by accident and I want to modify or delete it. Thank you in advance for your support.

Thank you for the quick fix. However, mouse over upon category names doen’t show me any edit menus. Do i need to get any authorization or to contract upper plan?
