How can I monetize my wordpress blog?

  I am getting good number of clicks on my blog, I am very happy for that. I have total 14,768 hits on my blog and almost 3168 clicks since 16th april to 20th june after I have installed cluster maps. Now my question is can I monetize my blog in any way? I just now found that google adsense does not work on free wordpress blog, so wht can I do to get some monetary benefits from my hits and SEO content? suggestions are welcome …

  There is a new WordAd feature here at wordpress.com for sites that qualify.
