How can I move ALL my contents from emotanafricana.com on wordpress?

1. I’d need a Happiness Engineer to import ALL my contents from my old blog, emotanafricana.com on wordpress to the new ’emotanglobal.wordpress.com’ for which I know I will pay.
2. I want to personalize my blog to emotanglobal.com. I do not know how to get back to it.
I’d like to do both before choosing the theme or posting.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Just to be clear, you’re looking to move all content from emotanafricana.com to emotanglobal.wordpress.com. Is that correct?
You should be able to accomplish this by exporting/importing the content as described here:
Are you running into an issue with the import size and posts not being carried over?

2. As for the emotanglobal.com, I already got it done. I was missing a step in the ‘domain registration’ process.

Great! I’m glad you were able to get emotanglobal.com. Can you explain a bit more about what cost you’re referring to? It looks like you’ve already purchased the Premium bundle and domain on emotanglobal.wordpress.com. The export/import process to move your content over should be free.

I must have gotten mixed up which happens a lot to me despite my having blogged for 3 1/2 yrs with WP!
Even though it’s free, I really will not be able to handle it although I must confess I haven’t tried it but I have tons of material on emotanafricana.com. Can I pay for it? The kids are helping out with the header, etcetera and if I want to wait for them, my blog would look plain for a long time.

Hi TOLA!
It should be relatively painless to import the content from emotanafricana.com to emotanglobal.wordpress.com (emotanglobal.com). However, there might be an easier option.
I could move the domain emotanglobal.com over to emotan.wordpress.com. That way, all of your content at emotanafricana.com would then be shown at emotanglobal.com. Users that try to go to emotanafricana.com would automatically be directed to the same content at emotanglobal.com. Does that make sense?
It might help to think of your domain emotanglobal.com as a mask of sorts. We could simply move it over to emotan.wordpress.com. You would still see emotan.wordpress.com when you’re editing content, but readers would only see emotanglobal.com. The blog would look exactly the same as it does now. It would just show up at emotanglobal.com instead of emotanafricana.com. Does that make sense?
The other option would be to export/import the content. I promise that’s pretty foolproof, and I’m here to help if something happens to go wrong. Just let me know if you want to go this route as I will send over a special export file since emotanafricana.com has quite a lot of content!

You do read minds, especially of intimidated older folks like me. Above quoted part of your very explanatory note would exactly meet my needs. It should allow those who already knew my blog to find their way back; a better appearance would follow. Just do not want to lose the many visitors from around the world who had found their way to emotanafricana.com.

Perfect! I’m happy to do that for you. One snag, it looks like the site emotan.wordpress.com is managed under a different WordPress.com account than emotanglobal.wordpress.com.
To make this as easy as possible, I would like to transfer the Premium bundle on emotanglobal.wordpress.com along with the domain emotanglobal.com to the user account on emotan.wordpress.com. This way, you would be able to manage everything from one log-on rather than having everything spread out. Does that make sense?
Can you reply back to confirm this would be alright?
I think this is going to work out perfectly. Once we have it setup, both emotanafricana.com and emotan.wordpress.com will redirect to emotanglobal.com.

Pardon the delay but web access in this part of the world is crazy.
If I tell you that I know not most of what I do here, you’d laugh but it’s the truth.
I bet the name ‘Happiness Engineer’ did not come free to you; you must have earned it. What you’ve said makes a lot of sense to me and I’d go for it.
I was also on PREMIUM on emotanafricana but you’d hardly realize it from the way I worked the blog, hardly ever any color; anaemic fonts …
I’m determined now to be more daring once it gets going rather than devote all attention to my contents.I await your magic!
