how can I move my blog to another host?

I want to move all the blog to another host, but i need need to send the the login details to my hosting account with the current provider. Additionally, the FTP access to the files of my hosting account, they ask that I provide them this login information as well.

FTP access isn’t available at WordPress.com, but you can migrate your content to a self-hosted WordPress site by following this guide:

As for your domain, you can point that to your new host by updating your name servers:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameservers
