How can I move my blogs and put in order, such as years?

    Hello, I have created a blog for years of travel and events and stories. However I have entered some in the wrong year and now need to move them under the correct sequence or year. Such as 2000 all events that happened that year up to the next year – , then 2001 and all the events for that year, and so on.
    Now some are in the wrong year and I want to put them in order in the year they belong to.
    Can I do that? How do I do it?
    Also I want to insert some more travels and events into the years gone by as well. Can I do that?
    Can some one tell me if it is possible. Thank you very much.
