How can I move my blog.wordpress.com to another host?

I am in the process of moving my blog from being hosted at ultimategrind.wordpress.com to having it at ultimategrind.com hosted by 1and1. I am having a hard time trying to find out how to get a copy of my database and files from wordpress.com. Everything i have been reading is that i do not have access to any of my stuff on wordpress.com and that i need to start fresh.
Does anyone know what i need to do to get a copy of my database along with the files? Is this even possible? Thanks in advance

You can’t get a copy of your files. Instead, just install WordPress from http://wordpress.org/
Similarly, we can’t allow database access, but you can transfer your content following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org
