All you need to do is to go into the domain management area in your dashboard here and change the DNS records. It will take 24-72 hours for that change to take effect. There isn’t anything that you can do about that time frame, it just takes a while for the propagation through all the internet nameservers to take place.

According to this, your nameservers are still set up as ns1.wordpress.com and so on:
http://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/fcmartigues.comBut, if I do a WHOIS search it looks like either you did not purchase the domain name through WordPress.COM, or you transferred it to another registrar (which may be your new hosting provider, but not necessarily).

You may have to contact your domain name registrar to find out how to change the nameservers.Once you have done that, if you would like your old __.wordpress.com address to redirect to your new domain name, you can either buy the offsite redirect upgrade or simply put a prominent notice on your blog saying you have moved to a new address.

Hi,
Indeed, my domain is on an other registrar. So, I have to change the DNS on my registrar.
Thanks a lot for your great answer.

You’re welcome. And remember: as thesacredpath said, once you change the nameservers, it can take 24-72 hours to be effective.
