How can I move my subscribers from WordPress.com to my new self-hosted blog?

  I am hoping to move my subscribers from WordPress.com over to my new self-hosted blog. I previously was using beerasana.wordpress.com, and have moved to thebodyelectricyoga.com/blog/.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I do not see any Jetpack blogs connected to your account yet. Please let us know when you have installed, activated, and connected Jetpack.
