How can I move subscribers from old wordpress site to new one?

  Hiya,

  I have an old wordpress site (https://luckywithoutthek.wordpress.com/) which I do not use anymore. I have a new blog (https://devikasdesktop.wordpress.com/) which I use more frequently and would like to transfer all of my subscribers from the old site to the new one so I can shut the old one down.

  How do I go about that?
