How can I move the "comment" button/link to the END of post, vs beginning?

  In theme Twenty Twelve, how can I move the “comment” button/link to the end of each post, not the beginning?

  It defaults by putting it directly under the title, which definitely does not encourage people to comment! I can’t figure out how to move it. Any thoughts?

  Do you have the Custom Design upgrade?

  No… I was hoping I could change it without that.

  Only by changing to another theme.
