how can I my post in the latest posts

  Um I want everyone to know I’ve done a new post, but I don’t see it in the latest posts

  You won’t see it, unless you can get there in less than five seconds from the moment you hit “Publish.” Things move too fast.

  Unless your blog has been set to “Mature” by staff or you’ve used the Porn or Sex tags/categories, you are showing there. You just don’t have the ability to move fast enough to see yourself there.
