  Hi there. If you want to buy a site redirect to redirect a free WordPress.com URL to a different address, you can do so via the My Upgrades page of that blog’s dashboard. https://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/

  If you want to use a domain you own with a free WordPress.com site you’ll need the domain mapping upgrade instead: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
