How can I organize my posts manually?

It would be helpful if I could arrange the order of my posts manually rather than only having them post in the order I write them. Beyond putting a sticky on one, is there a way I can do that?

Your main blog page will always have your posts in order from newest to oldest, with the occasional use of use of a sticky to change order. You can always edit the date of a post to change its order.
However, you can link other pages to your menu that can group your posts differently, such as
Category pages

(Note it goes beyond chronological order)You can also use the Display Posts Shortcode on a page to organize your posts in a variety of ways.
