How can I pause all transactions on my website?

    I’m beyond shocked after a week of research, outreach to other business owners, online investigation, reading tutorials, watching developers on YouTube, and leveraging every other resource imaginable… I wasn’t able to find a quick, simplistic answer to what is surely one of the most common issues in the WordPress/WooCommerce ecosystem: Pausing all e-comm transactions during leave, vacation, illness, inventory, business restructuring/merger/sale, etc., etc.

    In fact, the critical need for this functionality is so prevalent, that it should be baked into the code for WP/Woo (especially after being used by millions upon millions of people over the last 21 and 13 years – respectively), and be enabled or disabled by a dedicated toggle setting right on the dashboard.

    **Unless I’m missing something and massively lost any/all attention to detail, and this should-be-standard-feature is right in front of my nose……….what’s the simplest way to pause all transactions on my site (without coding, breaking my site, or consuming my time/effort for an entire day) please?
