How can I permanently block a spammer?

  One particular e-mail address keeps spamming me every day… sometimes over twenty times a day, what can I do to permanently block them?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If they’re not flagged as Spam, do so.

  If you’re talking about lista-de-whatever, many, many people have reported them and WP has to date not done anything to block them other than what Askimet does.
