You can’t. Bloggers are not allowed to have adsense and other advertising on wordpress.com blogs http://faq.wordpress.com/2005/12/08/adsense/

You may want to take a few minutes are read the stickies at teh head of the forums as it appears you may have not done so. That’s why they’re there. :)
