  I have an urgent matter I need to get help on. How can I go about that?

  Refer to http://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/ as you have an upgrade you can use the “Contact Support” form, where you will receive a choice of having staff answer your question publicly or privately.

  If you prefer you can clearly state what your issue is here on this peer support forum where Staff and Volunteers work together cooperatively to provide WordPress.com support. Emailing support means it takes longer to get an answer than posting to the support forums does.

  Volunteers answer the majority of all support questions and when we cannot provide support we tag threads for Staff assistance.

  We are happy to answer your WordPress.COM questions right here in this thread. Please simply post exactly what you need help with into this thread, knowing there’s rarely ever a question posted here that has not already been asked and answered.

  I don’t know where that answer came from but it wasn’t there when I checked ten minutes ago! Now 20.11 hrs! i have asked again privately.

  I chose not to answer the many other bloggers who posted before you did and answered your first thread out of order here. Normally we answer threads in order of date and timestamps, first posted first served, as would be expected.
