How can I prevent my site title from changing color when my pointer approaches it?

    My theme is Hemingway Rewritten.

    The site title is changing color whenever the pointer goes near it. I’d like it to stay the same color, especially as the one it assumes is not one I would choose for it.

    I believe that at least part of the problem lies in my CSS codes. Most of them have been in place for some time; but the color – mainly for the main navigation items – has recently been erratic, not taking effect. I have in some cases been taking what I can get rather than what I’d like.

    Could you please tell me what about my CSS that I need to change?

    Many thanks.

    Hi there,

    On top of all your CSS, please add this:

    .site-title a, .site-title a:visited, .site-title a:hover, .site-title a:focus, .site-title a:active {
    	color: white;
    }

    It’s important you add it at the top and not the bottom.

    Cheers!

    Hello gracejiyoung

    I thank you very much for your very helpful response. I came upon it unexpectedly while once again roaming the Forums, put it in place immediately, and it worked after the CSS had taken a few minutes to settled itself.

    Very many thanks
