How can i prevent people from receiving updates from my blog?

  Hello.

  Is there any way that i can delete my blog subscriber? I don’t feel comfortable for her to receive all the updates from me. She subscribed to my blog only days after i’ve set it up, and that was before i even had the time to figure out how to block people from subscribing.

  Here are the questions if you got confused up there:
  1) Is there any way that i can delete the blog subscriber?
  2) Can i prevent others from subscribing to my blog?
  3) Is following and subscribing the same?
  4) How can i prevent people from following my blog too?

  It sounds weird but i’d just like to have a normal blog with no one following, subscribing, or receiving every update from me through whichever ways. It makes me feel very uncomfortable, like as if i’m blogging only for them to see…

  While you aren’t able to remove subscribers from your public site you are able to control your privacy options at Settings -> Privacy. There you can set a site to private and have full control over who can access and subscribe to content. We have more details about this at:

  For public blogs anyone can subscribe and while each user can remove their own subscriptions we aren’t able to manually remove subscribers for you.
