How can I print my blog?

    I want to print my blog in a book for a present. I need to copy it into something that the printing company can work with and I thought maybe Word or a DVD. I also need to turn the posts round so they read chronologically. I then want to add more photos before I give it to the printer. (I know Blog2Print could do this but not in time for Christmas as they are in the States!)
