how can I protect my blog comments

  I would like to have this blog only to be used by accredited people through a password system

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is not possible unless you password protect each post one by one. You can set the blog to Private under Settings->Reading and invite only certain people. That is more secure.
