How can I provide real estate agents with a website service?

I would like to start offering real estate agents a website service. What’s the best real estate plugin where I can be the main admin but the Realtors can still go in and edit certain areas of their site and add listings. Although I’ve had my WordPress site for years, I’m very new to it and am a bit lost when it comes to how things work. I tried to import a sample file from https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-property-listings/installation/ but I don’t see where it’s gone. Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

You can’t use plugins on a WordPress.com site — this is a standard restriction. You’d have to host your own site with WordPress(.org) software, that way you have full control over your site, including the option to install plugins.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I read the article you provided as well as the one at http://dailypost.wordpress.com/2013/11/14/com-or-org/ and I now have a much better understanding about their differences.
So basically, I need to install special software with my hosting provider and then create a new site under wordpress.org. Once I have that done, would I be able to create a service for real estate agents where I could have access to the entire thing and they would only be able to change say their bio and add property listings? I just want to be sure that what I’m hoping to do will be possible.

Almost right. You don’t create a new site under WordPress.org — you create it where you want, for example at http://www.myawesomerealestatesite.com. You’ll have to register the domain name and find some hosting space, but the site will run on software that you can get from wordpress.org.
The service you want to offer can be done on your own site, but you’re going to need a plugin for that (like you said in your original post), and the best way to find the proper plugin is to try a number of them and then just go with the one that best matches your needs.
