How can I publish a post without it being erased upon "publishing"?
-
Multiple times today and yesterday I have typed up 900 word blogs and pressed “publish” for the post to show up completely blank after being “published”. The title remains on the post, with no content for the actual blog post. This has been incredibly frustrating as I have not been able to blog without having to re-type them, and even after copying and pasting the blogs from Word and publishing the entry, it still deletes the contents. I do not know what is going on, or how I can prevent this from happening again.

Terribly sorry for the inconvenience.
To paste content from Word, it’s strongly recommended to use the Paste from Word button as described here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/microsoft-word/Can you please try that and let us know if it doesn’t help?

Also – can you please clarify if you’ve wrote the post in your dashboard, or through the “New Post” tab in the WordPress.com homepage?

I have written the post both ways and neither worked, and I have also gotten “There is a problem with the After the Deadline service” multiple times. The problem is not copying and pasting from Word, because it did not work when I just typed us the posts before I realized that I needed to copy them to Word in order to have a backup version from now on.
