How can I publish something from the mobile version of WordPress?

  I use WordPress for Blackberry but it only lets me save things as drafts. These “phone drafts” don’t even show up on my dashboard though. How can I go about publishing them?

  Make sure that you set your post’s status to “Published” and then hit the submit button. Regarding drafts, they won’t be saved on the blog until you submit them.
