How can I publish the link under Blogrol?

  I have added a new link to the Blogrol under new category. It doesn’t appear on my homepage. In the link’s properties it is written that it is unpublished. How can I publish the link?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’d made the link private, I’ve made it public from Links > Edit in your dashboard.
