How can I purchase no-ads upgrade?

  WordPress apparently offers you the chance to purchase a no-ads upgrade to eliminate ads from your website for 30€ a year.
  However, when I click on “Get rid of ads” (https://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/no-ads/), I cannot find the option of buying this kind of upgrade. It only allows me to purchase Premium or Business Plans, which I do not need and are much more expensive.
  Does this mean that you are entitled to buy a no-ads upgrade only if you have already upgraded to a Premium or Business Plan?

  Yes, because your account is later than 01/09/2014
