How can I put a clock on my website via the widgets?

  I’m trying to put a clock app from the web in a widget so it can be seen on my sidebar as a clock. Every time I cut and paste the code into the box and save it then go to look at the page to see if it was added all I see is a link to the website I found the clock not the clock image itself. I think it has something to do with my code that I’m entering. ?

  There are certain types of code that we have to filter out for security reasons: Java, JavaScript, and Flash specifically.

  If you can find a clock widget that doesn’t use those, you should be able to add it via a Text widget.
