How can I put a sticky post on a category only?

  I can I put a sticky post on a category only??
  Problem: when I make a post sticky, it “sticks” to my main blog front post rather than to the front post of the category I want it on, as an introduction to that category. Sin ce my “categories” are actually done through the image widget, I’m having some difficulty reordering the various category posts in chronological order. Thanks.

  Actually, I think I might have found a way. Instead of using “categories” (since all my categories are not technically image widgets instead) I just went to the URL in the image widget and tacked on the suffix
  ?order=asc, and it puts everything in chronological order, which is ok with me since it puts my intro page first. Besides, the regular blog has everything still in reverse order. It’s not quite the same as a true “sticky widget” (sorry, couldn’t resist….) but works for me. Thanks for checking!
