how can I put a website resume up on here?

    I put in countless hours making an html based website and I want to use wordpress to host it but I can’t even find the media library to do so. All the ‘help’ sites say to ‘just upload the files to the media library’ but when I try to do that I just end up in circles. There is no media library from the admin page or maybe I am not on the admin page?????
