How can I put an Blog Post inside a menu's category (not only Home)

  Hi all,
  I wrote a Blog Post and I want it to go under a specific category in my menu. However, I don’t it to be a sub category, I want my Blog Post to be as it is in the Home category.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can add a category to each blog post and then link to that category in your custom menu.

  For example, here’s a link to your Beauty category that you could put in your menu:

  https://clemfavourites.wordpress.com/category/beauty/

  I guess clem has since deleted her site. After reading her post though wouldn’t she just need to add a menu item and then link the post she wanted. I know she wanted no SUB category but unless you just always link your post as your home page the only other option I can think of is a static home page?
