How can I put an RSS feed widget into the main body of a page?
I know how to do it into the sidebar, but I’d like to put the widget into the main body of a page. Is that possible? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry but all widgets on WordPress.com can only be displayed in sidebars. This is to prevent them being used as splogger’s tools in pages and posts to create splogs of auto-filled posts and pages drawn from other sites..

I have a solution.
1.Visit feedburner.com.
2.Sign up for a separate rss account there.
3.Enter the Url Safely.
4.Sign in.
5.Now click the title of your blog.
6.Choose publicize tag.
7.Active the rss services and you will get the code for your rss widget.
8.Very easy process.I HOPE THIS WILL WORK FOR U.

@sumitjangir871991: Hi. Thanks for trying to help, but your solution does not work in WordPress.com, because it contains JavaScript.

sumitjangir871991,
Are you suggesting the animated banner of Feedburner? If yes, it will work in wordpress.com because it is just an image. It’s a great way to display the latest post titles automatically.
bostongreen,
You can have a different kind of RSS widget in the body of a page or post.
Check out this postAlthough a Tumblr feed is used to create the RSS widgets you see in that post, you can use any feed. Only embedit won’t update when new posts are published.

Here you can see the black banner showing post names and date.
You can also see a rss widget at the right top sidebar and at the left bottom sidebar.
click any of the link.

@sumitjangir871991: Neat! It’s actually an animated GIF.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/wordpress/Rkdf.3.gifSorry for saying it wasn’t allowed, but you hadn’t specified exactly which choice to make at step 7. I picked the one that used JavaScript.
