How can I re-activate my notification icon when a new post is uploaded?

Haven’t had an answer yet — but my notification icon has not been working for a few weeks.
It doesn’t respond when new post is uploaded. Also, one WordPresser reblogged the current
top posts (on the play “Oppenheimer” and no mention of it appeared at the bottom of the
post.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

My notification icon stopped working a few weeks ago; it doesn’t respond when a new post is uploaded. And another WordPresser reblogged out current top post (on the play “Oppenheimer”), but nothing appeared at the bottom of the post when I clicked on Comments.
