How can I re-associate my blog with my account?

  Years ago I deleted my blog: jeremyhodges.wordpress.com

  However, someone recently brought it to my attention that my blog is still out there yet it is not associated with my account anymore and I am unable to remove it. Is it possible to have my blog removed or re-associate it with my account so that I may remove it? I will be glad to provide any required information to wordpress that will assist with this task.
