If you go to My Site ->People ->Invitations you can cancel the pending invitation. Then click Add to send a new invitation. But an existing invitation can only be removed or resent, not edited. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/email-invitation/#post-3134193
As I do not see an answer in the relevant support doc Inviting Contributors, Followers, and Viewers https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/ I will tag this thread for a Staff follow-up response. They may wish to update that support doc.

I’m familiar with that page that allows me to re-send pending invitations.
I need to re-send an invitation that was accepted but the recipient no longer has the info. It appears that I cannot re-send an invitation that has been accepted, and I am also unable to delete the invitee and re-issue the invitation.

@rrblackmun if they already accepted the invite, they won’t really need another one. They should just be able to log right in.
So when you say they no longer have the info, do you mean their login info or your site info, or something else?
