How can I reactivate my site? Have I lost anything??
Also, my server host, IP have changed to the new server IP 64.6.254.93. I need you to update the correct DNS records [A & MX] to the new server.WP.com: Yes

Can you please confirm of what site you’re speaking? The IP address you gave above is for the hosting provider, https://www.jumpline.com/, not WordPress.com, and you don’t have any domains currently registered with us. If you’re speaking of a self-hosted WordPress site that you have hosted with that provider, please contact them directly for help with this.
On our end you only have the site, http://theendofbeingcom.wpcomstaging.com/. That site used to be on our Business Plan on a monthly subscription, and connected to the domain, theendofbeing.com. But the last renewal payment was on 3 September, and the plan and domain connection upgrades were removed on 8 October after the plan expired. All your data for that site is still safe, but when the plan was removed, all plugins you have installed were disabled.
If you want to continue using that site and reconnect it to your theendofbeing.com domain, go to My Site ->Upgrades ->Plans and buy a new Business Plan, and your plugins should be reactivated. If you run into any trouble with that, let us know and we can help you add the plan back manually instead.
