How can I reactivate our domain?

Our domain expired on May 23. I do not recall seeing an email regarding this. I only noticed when I tried to make a post today and it had already expired. I have tried to follow support suggestions but am not getting anywhere. I also need to figure out why I would not get the notification for the upcoming expiration- correct email address, considered spam, etc. Thank you so much in advance for your assistance!!!

Are you referring to the two domains on the site (pictureperfectmom.com and pictureperfectmoms.com)? If so, it looks like those upgrades are owned by a different user account (delfina2010). The email address associated with that account would have received the notifications for the mapping expirations.
Can you log in under that account or as the owner to login under that account and renew the mapping upgrades here?
