  What website are you talking about as your account jbwilco doesn’t have a website running on the wordpress.com platform.

  it used to be ajsskitrips.com but has been deleted because of a credit card mistake

  It seems that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, https://www.whois.com/whois/ajsskitrips.com. You must contact your registrar/hosting to solve this problem.
