How can I receive a refund for a domain name payment I want to cancel?

  I was charged for a domain name renewal I don’t want on thousandonestories.com. I have switched hosting and no longer need to use wordpress for my domain name.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Thanks for the heads up! I have canceled the domain mapping upgrade, and provided you a full refund. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.

  I saw that there was a Custom Design upgrade on the account, so I have disabled the auto-renewal and you will not be charged going forward. If this is not what you want, please let me know and I can enable it for you!
