How can I reclaim our company site from an ex employee?

  Hi,
  We have the following problem, our site artfixlondon.wordpress.com was handled by an ex employee who claims that she cannot separate it from her private blog, also hosted at wordpress, because she is using the same username/password for both. Of course, she has no objection to do this, she just says it is not possible. Can you please help me with that, because we have been unable to update it for some time now!

  The employee can transfer the blog to another account
