How can I recove my lost web pages created on Word Press?

  Trying to update to the newer version of Word Press we lost all of our web pages in Word Press. How can we recover these pages in backups?

  Ipage is my host and has my older web pages. My newest pages were set up on WordPress.com. These were lost when we tried to change to a newer version of WP as suggested by Google analytics. Now kewwords on my WP pages produce an error message and I am not getting traffic thru these pages to my Ebay store. We are trying to find the backup in WP
